Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data you share through the contact form on hocatea.com is processed, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process
Salutation, first and last name, company, phone number, email address, country and the text of your inquiry, plus the language of the site you used to send it.
3. Why we process it
- To reply to your inquiry,
- to conduct import, distribution and order discussions,
- to keep business correspondence records.
4. Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and, where your inquiry concerns a possible agreement, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) and 5/2-(c)).
5. Who receives your data
Your message passes through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) to be sent to us by email, and is stored with our email and hosting provider (host.az). These providers may operate servers outside your country and outside the European Economic Area. Where required, data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities. Transfers are made in accordance with the applicable data protection rules.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for any retention or limitation periods required by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to info@hocatea.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU, your national supervisory authority).
8. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A small entry may be written to your browser’s local storage only to remember your language choice.
